ANALYSIS & RESEARCH 

Next, we take a deep dive into your existing space, exploring its constraints, opportunities, and unique characteristics. This thorough research ensures we fully understand the potential of your site and can develop the most effective design approach. 

CONCEPT & DESIGN SOLUTIONS

Using existing site plans or a topographical survey (preferrable), we develop initial design concepts. These are presented as full-colour visuals and dimensioned layout plans, giving you a clear picture of the direction, ready for your feedback. 

FINAL CONCEPT DEVEVELOPMENT

Once the concept is outlined, we refine and expand it into a more detailed and cohesive design. We enhance the visuals, develop material and finish ideas, and incorporate your feedback to create a comprehensive final presentation.
